MEC Remote enables online support to be provided by the manufacturer. Customer service engineers and the central control room of Bosch can gain access at the customer's request to the system control. These services include for example software updates, parameterisations, remote diagnostics and the elimination of sources of faults.
With MEC Remote the operating company can also independently check relevant system data easily and quickly. The data can be called up with any commercially available desktop PC or smartphone. The visualisation of current operating values ensures that there is a comprehensive overview of the system. An optional notification service via SMS or e-mail gives important status reports such as maintenance or faults. The display of occurrences and historical measured data, together with the possible analysis of efficiency and economy, are also available as an option.
