In the heart of Miami, a new series of sleek luxury condos and hotel buildings are rising from the construction and Bosch Thermotechnology plays an integral part in their development. Bosch designed and built a custom variation of the Bosch FHP LV Model Water Source Heat Pump for the residential condo units of the Brickell City Centre towers. The LV is an option-rich single stage product available in ½ to 6 ton sizes, and meets or exceeds ASHRAE 90.1 efficiency ratings.

The Nature Conservancy's Disney Wilderness Preserve was experiencing frequent breakdowns with their five 20-year-old geothermal heat pumps. Symbiont Service Corp. replaced the old units with five new Bosch FHP ES Model geothermal heat pumps with no major disruptions to daily operations. The units installed were Bosch FHP ES Model geothermal heat pumps from two to five tons.

The Solaire apartments, located in Brighton, Colorado, just 20 minutes outside Denver, offer residents a variety of lifestyle choices. Incorporating renewable geothermal energy to heat and cool their apartments delivers energy cost savings while reducing demand on the city's power grid. 252 Bosch BP Series water-to-air geothermal heat pumps were installed.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission installed a new Bosch FHP geothermal HVAC system at the Middle Creek Visitors Center to replace two aging rooftop units and provide a more comfortable, energy-efficient environment for visitors and staff. Bosch FHP EC and LV Series geothermal heat pumps were installed.

The $13 million Sussex County Emergency Operations Center is an 18,000 sq. ft. facility that processes 911 and other emergency calls. Built to withstand hurricane force winds, it contains about $4 million worth of electronics equipment. Along with a closed loop geothermal system, its energy needs are served by a photovoltaic solar array located in an adjacent field. 13 FHP models ranging from 0.5 to 24 tons capacity were installed.

Lady Bird Johnson Middle School in Irving, Texas utilizes a variety of sustainable technologies, including FHP geothermal heat pump systems, to significantly reduce energy consumption. As the largest Net Zero school in the U.S. the school is achieving over 99% Net Zero. When energy use is compared with other schools in the same district, it consumes about 60% of average energy consumption. 107 FHP model EV and EC water source
geothermal heat pumps were installed.

Using standing column geothermal wells, this 9,000 sq ft community center upgraded to four six-ton geothermal heat pumps for high-efficiency comfort control. Bosch FHP geothermal heat pumps were installed:

The owners of the Best Western Plus New Englander Hotel located suburban Boston replaced an old gas fired boiler and tank serving its 99-room hotel with 10-intelligent cascaded Bosch Greentherm C1050ES gas-fired condensing tankless water heaters. This was a conversion to Bosch Greentherm C1050ES gas-fired tankless water heaters.

When two 250-gallon domestic hot water gas direct-fired tanks began to leak in a 25-story student dormitory at the New York School of Visual Arts, the SVA turned to Bosch Therm 1210 ESC gas tankless condensing water heating units. The units installed were 7 Bosch Therm C 1210 ESC tankless water heaters in parallel.

When the Redmond, Oregon School District was faced with the challenge of retrofitting the existing Redmond High School with an upgraded heating and cooling system, three Buderus SB745 commercial condensing gas boilers met the challenge.
