Components for control and connectivity

FM-AM function module

The FM-AM function module connects regenerative heating sources to the Control 8000 and ensures efficient interaction of all heating system components.

  • Sustainable and efficient heat pump and hybrid control
  • Individual system combinations made up of alternative and conventional heating sources in the Control 8000
  • Simple request of alternative heating sources via potential-free contact
  • Convenient operation and visualisation of your heating system via intuitive control display

Benefits

Sustainable and efficient heat pump and hybrid control

Connection and control of Bosch heat pumps either monovalent or in combination with Bosch boilers via Modbus RTU for optimised interaction and high heat pump coverage. This ensures permanently high annual coefficients of performance (COP) for the heat pump and high CO₂ savings compared to gas-only systems.

Individual system combinations

With the AM function module, you can simply integrate different alternative heating sources, such as a combined heat and power unit, wood chip boiler, pellet boiler, heat pump and/or buffer cylinder, to the Control 8000. You will benefit from an energy-efficient overall system comprising conventional and alternative heating sources.

Simple request of alternative heating sources

In addition to the integration of Bosch heat pumps and/or Bosch CHP units via Modbus RTU, you can also request alternative heat generators via a potential-free contact. Heating sources can simply be integrated in the control system for the base load supply, regardless of the manufacturer or the existing systems.

Convenient operation and visualisation of your heating system

The function model visualises your individually combined heating sources in the Control 8000. You can conveniently operate your heating system via the adjustable weekly schedule or control it manually. Functions like the interlock of alternative heating sources during the heat-up phase can simply be actuated from the user interface.
