Controls and connectivity
Control 8000 system and boiler control unit
With the Control 8000, you can efficiently control and easily operate various heating systems in large apartment blocks and commercial buildings – even via the Internet. The modular technology allows for customised and project-specific installation.
Benefits
Project- and customer-specific control
The Control 8000 architecture is designed to be modular and flexible. With suitable function modules, for example for integrating several heating circuits or alternative heat generators, the range of functions of the control unit can be specifically expanded and customised to your requirements. You can integrate up to four modules into the device.
Design heat pumps and hybrids simply and efficiently
The Control 8000 serves as a common, remote-controlled system control for both monoenergetic heat pump and heat pump hybrid systems. With the innovative Hybrid Injection Technology and the LOAD Plus function, the coverage of the heat pump can be increased and the boiler can be intelligently integrated into the system buffer cylinder.
Simple connection to building management systems
The Modbus TCP/IP interface, which is integrated as standard, makes it possible to establish a connection to a building management system effortlessly and simplifies monitoring and controlling your heating system. With an optional BACnet gateway, the system data can also be retrieved via BACnet IP. You get an overview of all connected system components
High-performance standard equipment
The Control 8000 features control functions for a boiler circuit and a heat generator circuit as standard. If you do not need the boiler circuit, you can have a heating circuit with mixer as an alternative. These are joined by other interfaces, such as an 0–10 V input or a collective fault message via a potential-free contact.
Simple assembly and project-specific commissioning
The control can be individually fitted on a Bosch boiler, on the side or on the wall. The optimised back panel enables easy, fast wall mounting with plenty of connection space and simple cabling. Module-specific labels also make assembly even easier.
Data and remote access via MEC-Remote
The Control 8000 can be easily connected to the MEC-Remote Portal via the integrated Internet interface. A 1:1 representation of the display is transmitted to your end device, where you can make adjustments at the operation level. An optional gateway makes it possible to perform more complex tasks such as control centre functions, fault notification via SMS/email, multi-user management and 24/7 online data monitoring.
