The European Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) regulates data access and use. All relevant pre-contractual information regarding the impact of the Data Act on our products is listed below. If the scope of delivery does not include a Bosch control system, but does include pumps or burners, we ask you to contact the respective manufacturers directly regarding the specific implementation of the European Data Act.
