Components for VRF systems
To complete the full system approach we offer several compontents, for example a hydrobox to heat water up to 80°C or switch boxes for heat recovery systems.
For full VRF system installation we offer various additional components that complete outdoor and indoor units with for example hot water production. Our hydrobox offers hot water up to 80 °C. Air handling unit kits and energy recovery units are offered as well.

Air Flux switch boxes

This range of 6 switch boxes AF-SB is compact and easy to install with only 195 mm for the smallest model, for all others only 250 mm installation height. Up to 8 indoor units can be connected to one port. A model with refrigerant leakage detection is available as well.
- Compact, lightweight and easy to install
- Refrigerant leakage detection included in AF-SB 01-1 L
- Flexible installation: Up to 5 indoor units can be connected to one port
- Up to 60 indoor untis can be connected to the largest AF-SB 12-1

Air Flux hydrobox

Together with VRF outdoor unit AF6300A you can get free hot water with a temperature of up to 80 °C not only when your heat recovery system works in cooling mode. The Air Flux hydrobox AF-HB is smallest in volume and weight in the industry.
- Free hot water with the heat recovery VRF outdoor unit AF6300A series
- Extra compact design with a height of less than 80 cm
- Several operation modes: setting of mode, room temperature, outlet water temperature and priority for hot water
- Always hot water available

Air handling unit kits

The Bosch Air handling unit kits (AHU kits) enable the connection of an external heat exchanger to our VRF system. The external heat exchanger can be used in an air handling unit to cool down the supply air for the building.
- Flexible cooling possilities
- Controlled by temperature or capacity setting
- Single AHU kit with up to 56 kW capacity
- Cascadeable up to 224 kW

Energy recovery ventilation unit

The energy recovery ventilation unit is used to supply fresh air. The fresh air is preconditioned with the exhaust air via a heat exchanger, which minimizes energy losses. The unit perfectly complements the ventilation requirements in VRF projects and can also be used as a stand-alone device.
- The unit offer several operation modes such as auto and bypass mode, heat recovery and free cooling mode
- Advanced filter technology
- Feel protected and save with the inbuilt CO2 sensor
- Wide operation range for outdoor ambient air from minus 7 °C up to plus 43 °C
